Located in Kitimat BC, Gateway Shipping and Transport serves the BC Coast and inland projects pertaining to the expansion of the North.

Our services include import and export of goods to various job sites, either by Helicopter, Boat or Transport Trucks.

Our marine vessels are Department of Transportation registered and we offer Water Taxi Services to and from ships, as well jobsites that are either land or water based.

We offer 25 YEARS of expertise in the marine loading and off-loading of all types of cargo, including liquids, solids, and gases.

As a local ships agent we provide all logistics for the owners cargo, all well full support while at port of call.

With the increase of marine traffic entering the Douglas Channel we are marine first responders and have a 24hr call service in case of a possible spill of product into the Douglas Channel.

We commit ourselves to ensure safety is our top priority. Our safety program is recognized worldwide and compatible with industry leaders.

Our customers include BC Energy and Mines, Jacques Whitford, Enbridge, Trow Associates and Stantec.

We are an associate member of Chamber of Shipping.

These vessels are used for environment surveys to transport biologists to sites accessed by jet propelled vessels only. Gateway Shipping is working diligently with customers doing work in the Kitimat area.
